CURRENT STUDENTS

The Student is the only person who can request their transcript.

Parchment is the online system used for all CHS students to initiate access to their high school transcripts. Students receive an email to set up their account at the beginning of the school year. Please review this email to set up and access student transcripts.

This can only be initiated by the student (not school counseling).

FORMER STUDENTS

Former students requesting transcripts should go to the Parchment website and create an account. 

A small fee will be charged.
