Course Request Change form Please use this form to request a class change for the 25-26 school year. The deadline to change a course request is June 15, 2025.  Please review the guide below regarding schedule change requests.  If you have an error in your schedule, or you would like to request a level change, please use this form to request a schedule change. 

Course Waiver/Level Change Form: Please use this form for level changes in the same course before October 9th, 2025. An example would be Honors to College Prep (CP).   Deadline for level change is October 9th, 2025.
